Dear Admin,

I am posting this here as directed by Attitude, as I have had no reply after weeks of asking form the support at DomainExplorer.

I would be grateful if you could help me with these issues...

I have one hosting account 'YoZone333' which contains one association
'ioanzone.com'.(both of which are registered to DomainExplorer.com) My
account page tells me I have no domains hosted under my account, but when I
try to add ioanzone.com, it tells me it's already there.

I have uploaded the files for this site into the directory and pointed the
host header to them. My site is ready to go online, but my FTP cannot find
the host (yourselves) even though I have entered all the info from
yourselves (ftp.server, username, password and wwwfolder) I have tried every
conceivable combination and nothing works.

Another confusing thing is, when i log on to Domain explorer.com, I am
sometimes taken to the DE.net site. This site seems to have all the same
info about my account as yours. Consequently, when I asked them for support,
they denied hosting YoZone333 or ioanzone.com.
Please tell me you can help, as I have been paying for both hosting and my
..com domain for months while I built my site and now I have hit a brick
wall. Everything works fine at my end, so I can only assume it's to do with
the hosting issue. But if not, could someone help me to pinpoint the problem? The money is definitely coming out of the bank, so
someone is hosting me!

I do also have a free ppHb2 account with yourselves, which I have incorporated in my site with a link, but the above account
is paid for.

Thank you, Sawan. This is getting so frustrating. Forumer has been so good with support on my free site, it's just so ironic that it's taken so long to get help for the service I'm paying for. But fingers crossed, anyway........

Okay, another week has gone by and so far Wild Cat, Sawan, Victor and - as I understand, anyway, - Limez are all looking into this problem. Will someone please tell me what's going on???? I had been hoping to be online for our forum's first anniversary on 22nd April :-(

Is it better if I just cancel the hosting account and start another? I want to stay with Forumer; Would I be able to switch within forumer like that? This has been going on for months and I'm not even sure what the problem is....

Well, what I am gonna say, I am sure many staff members will say different to me but if Forumer ain't giving you support for your hosting account (That you have paid for), I would switch to another hosting company now.

However, to what I can see, Forumer resells webhosting from Enom (www.enom.com) so you may be able to contact them for help (Seeing they are selling domains from them, and they seem to be using the same API so I am guessing they are also reselling web hosting).

If they resell from Enom, it is a good reason for why support is very slow as when I used to resell domains from Enom, their support sucked (If they are reselling, then remember that Limez has no control over it and like said, Enom support used to suck and likely still sucks).

Edit

Infact, Enom don't give support for clients with their resellers, so I dunno what you can do, all I can say is what I think is happening).

Anyone that has a deal with me on Forumer, contact me via the e-mail button.
