Is Snat right, Support Staff? Is help just slow or not coming? Please say something to reassure me?

Now, I ain't gonna read the whole tread again but could you post the domain(s) that you had and I will see if they are hosted on Enom network and if they are, there is little Limez can do however, I am more then sure that if Limez knows, he is working on it on your behalf with Enom.

Thanks Snat!
My domain is ioanzone.com and the hosting account with DomainExplorer.com (whose details also seem to be at DE.net, though they deny all knowlege!) is YoZone333, if it helps.

Right, I have sent you a PM. Tell me if you can log into that URL and if you can, then you are on Enom and kinda at their mercy but not all hope is lost then, but if you can't log in, then Forumer don't use Enom.

The username you want to login with, is the one you use at Domain Explorer, which is the place where you should be able to access your domain details.

We've brought it up with Limez a couple of times, he's certainly aware of the issue but I don't know what's happening behind the scenes to fix this.

Worth noting that DomainExplorer.net has nothing to do with DomainExplorer.com or Forumer; it is simply another reseller using the same company is on a similar domain. Because it is the same reselling company your login info will work there, but they will be able to do nothing for any issues you may have with DomainExplorer services.

Please do not PM me for support.

Ah, I see. Many thanks Winnopeg! In view of all this, I think it would be better for me to shift my hosting company. It's a shame, as in all other respects Forumer is great.

StevieT,

Hi. This hosting thing is handled completely by another company and our domainexplorer.com is a reseller of their services. I'm sorry you weren't able to find a solution.

At this point, the only thing I can suggest is that you PM me your usernames/passwords/ftp server etc etc (or you can email me all the info, use the contact form for that). All the info that you were given when you purchased hosting. I will try to login and figure out what is causing your problem.

FORUMER.com - Pioneering forum hosting since 2003. Why should you host with Forumer?

The Forumer network is powered by a robust cluster of 35 high-end servers.
