Default Please help

Hi,

I purchased one domain name: http://www.lizskitchen.org.

It said after 24 then complete the step 2, but it did not work. Would you please kindly help me how to do this. When I go to the step 2 follow the direction it come out like this:

Step 2: Forumer Domain Setup
Domain Manager

http://www.lizskitchen.org (http://www.lizskitchen.org) is not resolving to 69.64.37.64, contains prohibited IP address or domain name.
If you have just setup your domain redirection,
please allow upto 24 hours before entering your domain into Domain Manager

Add Domain

No records found.

You can also setup subdomain.yourdomain.com. You will need to point your subdomain.yourdomain.com to this IP: 69.64.37.64
"Status: Selected" means that will become the default URL of your forum

I have no idea what is wrong?

The next question:

When I submit to buy the doman, they charged me twice for $48 for 4 years host? But my account come out I have only paid for 2 full year?

Thanks a lot.

Start over from step 1 and wait a couple days before trying step 2, all the while being very careful to change the domains A record, not nameservers, to the supplied IP address.

As for the additional charges, you'll have to contact the domain registration company about that. There are no refunds on domains from most sites, but if they mistakenly charged you double without giving you the additional time, you should be able to get your money back.

Please do not PM me for support.
