Apparently (from Forumer Admin previous answers) this is a particularly tricky virus that Forumer cannot eradicate. I'm having the same problem myself. the suggestion to try to redirect my domain through another computer hasn't worked for me (despite several different attempts). I would be grateful if anyone out there can tell me of success with this problem? I have purchased a fDomain and would love to add my thriving forum to it.

Same here...purchased a domain but can't go live because I can't "Add Domain"...because the button or area or whatever I'm supposed to do is gone.

I've been waiting for someone to email me. I've sent 3 emails concerning the same message. I just want my domain to go live since I've paid for it. Can anyone help or is anyone going to fix this problem? I've seen two different threads but no response as to when or if it will get fixed. Sorry for being inpatient. I'm very new to this...and I just need the support.

This is the message I have on my fDomains area...Step 2: Forumer Domain Setup
Please log-in by using the forum admin page.
(error code #3).

Thanks Skye

This issue has already been reported to the coders, so it is now just a matter of waiting for it to be fixed.

Please refer to this topic for further questions regarding the issue: Error code #3 in fdomain

Please do not PM me for support.
