i need to get a domain from domainexplorer.com but i can only pay buy credit card, is there any way i can still get the domain but pay buy paypal

use other domain hoster... most of them may allow paypal.

web builder can be download as freeware on other place.

Maybe try godaddy. Or you could get a devit card from paypale but you need a checking account. And I beleive godaddy has a one page site builder and I think they support paypal.

Yeah I don't think you need to be to old to get a debit card. Or you could get one of those pre-paid credit cards! I used those to buy my domains

Any bank/ credit union type of place has Visa Gift Cards. I'm pretty sure you can use that.
