He didn't ask for your opinion about how many fBucks he has, he asked for the price for a domain, if it cost more than he has he can always top up on the fBucks...

Seeing, no one is gonna post an offer

30,000k (Supply and demand ) for either one.

Renewing the domain will depend on the curent Fbucks exchange with Euros (I will work that out on the renew month).
