Well it is unfair to give him a negative rating!!

He has not been on line for many months even before you completed his deal....... (he was last active in August and you completed the deal in October...that's 2 months later!)

I know Renji very well, even if he comes back on line in a few months he will pay, but you should only do deals in active threads and ask before you complete if you are not sure!!

Well, when I saw this thread, I didn't think it is really the bottom of this page.

Yes, 2 months later. But I also gave him two more months to give responses and pay all members.

The reason why I got negative ratings was because of delayed payments. More than six members gave me a negative rating after a short period of time of disappearance, partly because of my Internet connection problem.

So... in this case, what should I act? negative rating will be meaningless in case he/she decided not to come back.
