Where is Money when you need it the most!?

I ate a Krispy Kreme doughnut today. It tasted nice. Really nice. Because someone else paid for it. Or maybe it’s just because I never had one before…

Also, in unrelated news, I decided to post-pone upgrading my computer to buy myself a nice shiny hand-forged Katana before the infamous samurai sword ban takes effect in the UK. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg; they want to ban all swords in general, despite the massive uproar against it. It reminds me of the ban on fox hunting - even vets complained about that, but I expect no less from the government nowadays. What’s worse with this sword ban is that many of the MPs involved with passing the law can’t even tell the difference between a kitchen knife and a tanto.
How about they ban cars instead? Cars kill many more people. Seriously, there have only been a few blade-related deaths so far this year (in the UK, that is) and not one of them involved any samurai swords.

Still, collecting them is still legal in the meantime which is why I am taking the opportunity to blow around £100 on a genuine hand-forged katana. Sadly, starting from April, anyone who is caught in possession of, importing or manufacturing samurai swords will face something like a fine of £3,000 and a minimum of 6 months in prison. What is the world coming to when sword collectors face sentences more severe than those of serial killers and wife beaters? Swords are not bad. Stupid chavs with an inexplicable obsession over ‘bling’ and a penchant for ‘being a ninja init boi’ are.

And that gives me an idea. Make chavs illegal!
