I feel like ranting for a bit, so here is goes.

This rant is about politics, and people's "opinions"


So I was driving down the road today in rush hour traffic at 5:30 pm in the afternoon, and there was a big traffic jam because of some people on the side of the street holding a small piece of paper that says "Honk of peace" ... "End the war" - I think you get the idea. There was almost an accident on the road because someone was distracted and couldn't read what the sign said. However, I could not believe that I spent 10 minutes in traffic because of THIS CRAP.

So, you don't like George Bush?? Fine - more power to you

You think we need to get out of Iraq?? Great - whatever.

You want to show your support for Obama or Hillary?? Fabulous -go vote

But....DO NOT.....stand over a f****** interstate at 5:30 pm in attempt to express yourself politically to people who:

a) are on their way home after work
b) who really don't feel like sitting in traffic
c) are possibly in a hurry to get somewhere
d) who don't give a CRAP what you think!!!


I have no problem with people expressing their political beliefs, I think that's great. But, something is wrong when exercising your 1st amendment rights become an
inconvenience to the people around you.
