Our forum requires admin membership approval, & I travel so approving takes time.

I need to add 2 of my members the admin permission & once I do that, do all 3 admin get new member approval email & anyone of us can approve it?

if not then can I simply make another member as admin & then redirect all the new membership approval emails to that id & stop mails coming to my id?
