server 9.....that's an IPB forum (you posted in the wrong section so I am moving the thread)....

were there any threatening emails sent from the forum or only PMs?

There is an email log feature in the admin CP available to the root admin and all emails sent from the forum are logged there............so if the admin didn't clear the logs you still should have some proof about it....

And what exactly do you mean by
