Dear All server 8 users,

We do know the problem of the server 8. It happened for the last couple of weeks and we are very annoyed untill now. I decided to take more aggressive action on this server. New limits for number of concurrent http connect per IP and tcp connect per second were implemented.
Let's see if this would help in fighting with dos-attackers and spammers. But this way, there'll be a risk that normal users will be delayed or false banned.

Please report all problems that related to server 8 here, so we can track them more effectively.
