Forum Hosting - View Single Post - Does IPB has rss feed or subscription to new topics?

So in my case I have 4 main categories.

Category1
1 forum

category 2
5 forums

category 3
10 forums

category 4
2 forums

So to subscribe members have to go to each of the forums in all the categories & opt for the subscription & then they will get all the instant email notification of all the new post in all the categories.
Right?
