I want to know before I create a forum
Does IPB has rss feed or subscription to new topics?

I want that members get an email notification that the forum has received a new post with the subject title, if they are interested they can read it by visiting the forum.

Generally when you reply to the post you get subscribed to that thread which is fine but I want that all new post can be raed via RSS reader or sent via email.
