I’m take money from my savings and get a loan from the bank. The loan will be for a 1.5 million, this should cover the building cost and the parking lot construction. My lot size will be 30,000 sq feet. I play to to use 10% of profits of each moth to pay this off. Let’s say I make 300,000, I will give 30,000 to the bank.

Employees.

I plan to have roughly 60. 20 cashiers for different shifts of the day. 15 shelters. 7 customers service employees. 6 guys who check receipts and say welcome to the customers. 12 guys working in the garden area.
