I too am wondering when features like mass email/pm's or Backups will be available. Also I haven't been able to locate the avatar gallery in my admin panel. Am I missing something or misreading what Attitude said?

In my opinion if someone joins a forum they expect to hear from the Staff. So mass email/pm's would not be considered abuse. Especially when a member can simply email back opting out of it.

I have been a member of Forumer since August 2005, and have had only a few major problems. And like LordViking I too would like to see options available to those of us that have stayed with Forumer and been loyal and helpful when we can.

I think a major improvement would be setting up a forum with nothing but "How To.." in it. One for phpbb and another for ipb. Like an online owners manual for beginners. This would save the fsupport a lot of time and headaches.
