By the top picture do you mean the banner on the top of the forum?

If yes that here is a step by step guide on how to do it:

And to change the member rank titles:

AdminCP -> Users and Groups -> User Title/Ranks -> here you can change the overall titles and ranks throughout the board according to the number of posts.

For individual titles:

AdminCP -> Users and Groups -> Find/Edit/Suspend User -> write in the name of the member who's title you want to change and click on Find member -> Edit details -> in the Member Security Settings section fill in the Member Title and click on Edit this member.
