Default Links in Reg Email messed up since Domain name Change

I have changed my forum's domain name to http://forumpromotion.org a while ago.

Recently, I registered a test account on my forum, and here is the email that I received:

If you look at the links, you will notice that they all start with /index.php and so on. They are not complete links.

I am worried about this because new registrants may have a hard time validating if they are not sure what to put before the /index.php, considering they know something should be before the /index.php.

This is a problem that I hope somebody can sort out or fix on Forumer, as I do not think I can change this because this is in the core php files.

This is very important to me, as there are always a few validating members on my forum, and they are never validated. I just believe this is hindering my forum from getting more members than it can.
