Hi. This hosting thing is handled completely by another company and our domainexplorer.com is a reseller of their services. I'm sorry you weren't able to find a solution.
At this point, the only thing I can suggest is that you PM me your usernames/passwords/ftp server etc etc (or you can email me all the info, use the contact form for that). All the info that you were given when you purchased hosting. I will try to login and figure out what is causing your problem. |
