It's full of bugs as it is now, and well..........we have no eta about when it will be ready, if he has to create a forum now I would definitely go for IPB.... but that's me

IPB 1.3 is not very secure.
In phpBB3, there is an option, that makes sure, you are not deleted.
This can be done, by putting the necessary user in the Forunders group.
