2) Basically if you have a vague topic, let's say 'Sports' then you can subforums like Football, Baseball, Hockey, Golf, Tennis etc, that will be totally new secton, but just makes your sections less cluttered.
Or I am missing something here? Sorry if I don't answer your question.
