Furthermore, the software isn't buggy with itself, it's do with compatibility issues, because the technicians need to edit the files to make it work.
You could just register a phpBB3 forum, right now and familiarize yourself with the software and check out the articles at the
Knowledge Base before you make your transition to making a new forum, and actively have a community.
