There are actually both the cash and the reputation system mods at fMods and the links are not out dated and they work, the only thing is that you need at least 15 posts to be able to see the mods there. If you have less than 15 posts the link will show as broken but if you have 15 or more posts they work.

Most of the mods you mentioned are available at fMods, please go there again and have a good look around.
