Forum Hosting - View Single Post - Are we gonna upgrade from phpBB2 to 3 automatically ?

This is an allied clan that has a phpbb site...can you tell me from looking if it is phpbb 3? I like the simple clean look to it, and the color scheme has a nice background.

I currently have adinfinitum, and love it, but I think it could be polished up with softer colors and such. Are there plans to have something similar to that in phpbb3?
