Forum Hosting - View Single Post - [RESOLVED] New users are unable to register for forum

I am getting reports that people are not able to register for the forum. It tells them the confirmation code is incorrect. I went and checked myself and it says The confirmation code you entered was incorrect.

How can this bug be corrected? Do I need to change something or is it server side bug?
Need to have people registering. I wondered why I had a high bounce rate.
