Not a lot to see as U have to be registered. U may want to upload a banner or logo to give your site a more unique theme. I don't register to forums where I don't know the nature of what's being discussed and know a lot of people who do the same. U may want to open up more areas to the general lurker (guest) so they can get a feel for your forum. I know on forums often even when people can see 100% of the forum, they sit back for a week or two to see if it's a place they'd want to contribute to the discussions and also see if the other active members are sociable or not.
