EDIT:
I have just sent an email to th guys administering the Mailmarshal and security features of our mail system @ work, asking them for assistance in finding out why I am not recieving the emails for the 2nd Root account. Hopefully they can resolve that and then my problems will be over I think.
Will update as I know more.
