I'm sorry for the inconvenience, we are aware of server 8 being slow at times and the technicians are working on improving the server 8 performance.
It would be helpful if you could monitor the times of slowness over a few days and let us know exactly what time it happens.... so they can get on monitoring it at that time and get a better understanding why is it happening. (when you post the time please do not forget to include the timezone you are in as all of us live in a different part of the world.)
