Applies to Permission problem?

Settings have not changed (they are still correct) but guest can't post (worked in the past!)

The edit UI appears and the user can edit but when pressing Submit the error message appears:

Guest posting is not possible.

It is annoying for users that they can edit some text and when pressing Submit they lose their text...
