Forum Hosting - View Single Post - New anti-dos implementation for forumforfree.com server

I have had great speed on my FFF IPB forum the last couple days, howver unfotunately I note today its back to extremely slow operation taking minutes in most cases for a page to come up or to do any action like refresh a page or post. Seems to be getting worse this afternoon particularly. Has something else changed today?
