If you look at the attached image below u'll see a note on the security code confirmation stage that says "Only numbers are allowed" yet, the image that shows has letters too and if you only input the numbers it says "wrong security code"...

Maybe this should be fixed, I mean, the "only numbers are allowed" part should be scrapped.
