AdminCP ->
System Settings ->
Security & Privacy -> in the
Security (Troublesome Users) section you'll find the
New registration email validation? question, chose the option you want and click on
Submit changes.
The flood control is in the same section..... just fill in the seconds you want to set it to and click on submit changes.
Hope it helps for now, we will look into the e-mail validation problem.
