Type of Graphic: Banner

Size of Image: 751px (Width) by 242px (Height)

Color Scheme: Black and White
Images on Graphic: "Happy Halloween"
Text: I want Happy Halloween to be placed above Atlanta and "Halloweenish" letters.
Side Notes: Some (black) bats on the top right side would be nice. Also, I want a moon on the top left side, but instead of just a moon, I want a Pumpkin face (scary lookin' face, LOL).

Depending on how I like it, anywhere from $100 to $200 fBucks will be awarded (I can't give away too much money, because I still need some for the Thanksgiving and Christmas banners
