If you are talking about this error:

Quote:
The connection has timed out

The server at theeden.13.forumer.com is taking too long to respond.

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
Then I have been having the same problem off & on for many months, it doesn't matter if I try to access with different computers or different web browsers I keep getting a 'connection timed out or site is unavailable' error. Support stated that it was an ISP problem BUT I have no problems accessing forumer support without a proxy.

Access thru my ISP was working fine again last month until the portal page problem appeared General Error fPortal

Then about that time it went back to the same error I experienced as shown above. Several of my members have had this problem also. The server is always shown as being up, so that's not the problem either.

Lately, I usually just use free online proxy servers like http://www.youhide.com/ or http://edexel.info/ and http://www.hidemyass.com/ are some of the best I've found.
And I always get in to my forums that way.
I just tried viewing your forum without a proxy and got the "connection timed out error"
then I tried youhide.com & was able to view your forum just fine.

I posted in a thread about it here awhile back:
Board not loading

And similar errors are being experienced here:
I can't see my forum!

Like I say, a proxy seems the best way I've been able to access any Forumer forum at this point. Unless support has any better ideas. Good luck!
