Default Ad Removal Options (Bandwidth Based)
How about forum start a new option for advertisements removal depends on the bandwidth consumption?

The current method is very expensive and some how unfair to us, also doing that on a timely-manner is unfair to Forumer. Let's meet in the middle, bandwidth-based ad removal.

Any good? Is it possible?
