Forum Hosting - View Single Post - FFF IBP: Some Admin CP items not functional

I am new to the forum as of today
i seem to be having problem setting up any admin function
i can not even change my own profile to reflect what i want it to
i also see a link that says forum is locked, im not sure at all what that means
any help is much appreciated
