Can anyone explain why I have one member that always get this message when they try to post:

Sorry, but only registered users can read topics in this forum.

This person IS a registered user and is getting very frustrated by this reoccuring message. Takes this person many times to sign in before she can post.

Any ideas as to why this is happening? This is not a new issue, it's been happening to her for months now.
