Well looking at Forumer's home page, it says they are close to upgrading to the new version, so I wouldn't think they would waste their time installing any of those features on the 2.x version since they are focusing on the 3.x version. 2.x features don't work on the 3.x version, unless someone has made those features for the 3.x versions.
