Hi,

The # represents the server that you are on.

This is also useful for a couple of reasons: Forumer is cirrently running on 21+ servers, so if you want to report a bug you find at your forum, post the link and we can see which server you are on. Finding which server you are on ensures that we can assist you better as well as verify possible reported bugs.
