No, I use custom IE settings on prompt, and my program that I wrote using AutoHotKey called, "IE Patch" to automate the prompt status. I tried switching to a more secure browser (FireFox) in hopes of not needed it anymore, but about a week later my computer had two trojans.

Using the custom IE settings with IE Patch has kept both my computers completely clean for over 5 years...
