Many of our members that try to sign up have a lot of trouble working out what the confirmation code is. Many of the letters and numbers look like other letters or numbers. Personally (as i am the 2nd admin on my forum) when i joined it took me about 8 trys before i got it right, and i know of about 6 more of my members that have the same problem. Is there any way of resolving this please?
