Politeness: Being polite is often the first step into getting a freindly answer from our staff and from members. If you are "shouting" by posting all in CAPS, in bold, excessive exclamation marks or even in very large letters, you are to be considered rude and often you will be told to calm down before you are given any type of support.

However, if you are friendly, kind, and courteous you will find that you will receive kind and courteous support in return.

English and grammar: Please try to use your best English while requesting support or while reporting a bug, etc. It is often very difficult to read "txt talk". If we cannot understand what you are saying, do not expect to be supported. However, we do understand that English may not be your first language.

Conduct a Search and read over our FAQ's: 95 percent of all answers can be found by conducting these simple tasks. It is also the quickest method to finding the answer you need rather than replying on staff or other members for a few hours or even days. Many, many users make a thread without using their head to report the same bug that has been reported many, many times. These threads will be merged into one large thread with out questions.

Details, Details and Details: When requesting for support or reporting a bug to us, please be as specific as possible. Provide a link to your forum, screen shots, any error messages, and a small summary of the problem. This makes this a lot easier on us to confirm bugs or to assist your better. If you are reporting a bug, we often will confirm whatever it is that you are reporting then FWD the report to our technicians.

If you just say "This doesn't work" then, we're just trying to find a needle in a hay stack and we will ignore your thread until further information is given to us.

Posting in the correct forum: Also helps out a lot as well. Users think they can ask for help anywhere. Unfortunately, this is not the case. If you are running on an IPB forum, please post in the IPB support section. If you are running on phpBB, please post in the phpBB support sections. If you are unsure, your board says what forum software you are running on on the bottom of your forum.

Users will find that you will have a very pleasant experience at the support forums when they follow all procedures. We thank you in advanced for following rules and you will be offered the best support possible.
i did all this but still no joy.
