I would assume the second IP "69.64.36.9" to be the correct IP. Just because the page says a different server # doesn't nessisarily mean that's not the correct server - stuff is just copied form one server to another server when a new server is launched.
As for setting up your domain with Yahoo, I'm not sure how you do it as I don't host with Yahoo. I only have domains hosted with GoDaddy, Netfirms and DomainExplorer. What you need to do is change the "A" record (not the MX record, as I believe IF uses) to the second IP. Contacting Yahoo and asking them how to do this is probably a good place to start.
