FFF IPB server3 seems to be back online now and my forum appears to be in a state from about a week ago, asi if the server was restored from a backup today that was made almost a week ago. So far over the past half-hour I haven't noticed any error messages and the performance seems good if it stays that way.

Minor issue observed: the time of day for the server has been progressing getting farther off from actual time for the past momths. At the moment its now about 15minutes fast and gets a little faster each week. Perhaps the server's clock can be reset periodically?
