Well it's time to start sharing these reasons with the community, because we won't be sitting around and getting ignored for ever. At least give us some solid answers, other than "they're being abused and can get us in trouble".

And yes, I am aware that this thread is for phpBB features, but there's been many made concerning IPB features that have gotten the same attention this one has, turning cheeks.

And if Forumer has had problems with features being abused illegally, then why can the other hosting services continue providing these features with no problems? Have they done something to secure it? If so, why can't Forumer?
