Squad is right Kurisu, my suggestions are not new. I have seen quite a few posts from people inquiring about these features and each thread ends with a copy and past response from Forumer staff saying this feature is not available on Forumer for whatever reason.
If you browse through the history of the PHPBB support forum, you will find that at least 75% of your customers would love to have these features and have asked why we can't use them. Those that don't care, can decline installing it if they wish.
If forumer is about their customers, they will answer the needs of its customers. I have dealt with extensive down times for problems on my board that I had no control over and some problems took months and almost a year to resolve. The least forumer can do is give the people what they want for their forums and not 30 stickies of work arounds that may or may not meet your needs. :P
I challenge many of you to google forum hosts and PHPBB to find out all we are missing out on here. What I mentioned above is a small request but would make people here very happy. I like PHPBB way better than IPB so I don't want to switch over. Plus that would mean starting over and I might as well go elsewhere. I don't want to do that. I want to make this place better.
If others have read this thread and you support my ideas, please do as Squadcar and Oompa did and post your support to show the Forumer staff that I am not alone in this and that our feedback can make forumer better than it ever has been! =D
