Forum Hosting - View Single Post

I was hoping to get one that someone built that didn't get much if any users so I could use it for my own means. As his is-I'll have to go in and delete all the users/forum, edit....-it's more work for me than just a dud forum. Are the people registered there going to be o.k. with me just taking over? These are all concerns for me. I'm going to have a public board-it's just not going to be around games.
