Cannot load page and receive the following message, the people signed up with my forum cannot access it either.

"Unable to connect to database on 'localhost' with user 'xxxx'
Dear user, our technicians are aware of this issue! Please bear with us as we fix this bug!"

Been getting this for awhile now, so was just wondering if it would be fixed anytime soon. Thanks for the help, much appreciated.
