No I don't think thats what he means... I believe it is he has a member and he doesn't want the admins editing his profile or anything so he wants the user to be sorta "locked" from the rest of the admins.

- Okay that is not possible. However if you have admins that you do not trust I would can them asap because if you are asking if you can make one of your users "immune" to the other admins then I am thinking there is a lack of trust there. I am not you and I should not tell you what to do or not to do but I just wanted to let you know so you can decide.
