As many of you may know, often here at Forumer you might come across an offensive topic, that you might think should be removed or edited. However, it doesn't help moderators
at all if you make a post like "reported." in the thread, since that won't point us to the topic!
Near every post, is a
icon. By clicking it, you will be given a form asking you why the post should be removed or edited. Simply fill out the form, click "submit" and voila- the post has been reported! When you report a post, all the moderators will get an email with the link to the post, and your reason to why it should be changed. If we feel the post is in fact worthy of editing/deleting, appropriate action will be taken.
However, we greatly discourage
backseat moderating since it is against the Forumer rules, offers little to the topic, and usually irritates those reading the topic. Reporting a post is much simpler, efficient, and less annyoying.
